ABOUT RUTH

Ruth Reyes is a lifelong El Pasoan. She grew up in El Paso’s lower valley and graduated from Bel Air High School. She is a first generation American and the youngest of four children. She is married and has a 7 year old son. Ruth is the first member of her family to graduate from college. She pioneered the way for her siblings and their children to obtain a college education as well. Although she studied in other cities, Ruth’s love for our City brought her back to El Paso to practice law in her home town.
